I wanted to give a big shout out to the front office and maintenance staff! Our dishwasher broke and since we love to cook, this was a huge hassle. Within a day, maintenance showed up with our new unit and had it installed in under 20 minutes (shout out to you maintenance man). Great apartments to live in. We moved in a few months ago and we have had no issues. Love how peaceful it is around here. I love hearing the Crowd cheer on the University of Redlands football team. We are close to downtown Redlands where we have always enjoyed coming to shop when we visited my husband’s grandparents who also live near by. I definitely recommend ????????

I couldn't even begin to explain the total positivity and effort that Justin displayed upon the approval of my application process. He went above and beyond in order to guarantee that I would be able to move in as soon as possible. He was very well-mannered and spoke professionally, also was able to entertain my young ones during the official document signing and handing over the keys. I will definitely be making this community my home in the future.
