Nice Management

With the new management and maintenance with Citrus Grove Apartments, they are very awesome. The management and the maintenance department gets the job They are very nice people to deal with. Thats why i give them a 5 star rating. I give Jeff a 5 star rating, he is awesome.

Nice place

This place is actually a nice place to raise your kids plus the staff in the leasing office are really helpful they made my moving process real simple If you come to lease I suggest Genevieve ( I think that's how you spell her name) she will help you out and attend frequent asked questions also Jeff the maintenance guy will keep your place up to par and maintenanced !!!

Some Great Things, Some Terrible Things

Pros: - Generous pet policy (I have a medium-large dog) - My apartment was re-modeled prior to moving in, but it is quite spacious and comfortable. Carpet in bedrooms but hardwood everywhere else, a good mix of comfort and durability - Insulation is good, so sound annoyances are at a minimum. Loudest noises you'd probably experience regularly are traffic on the Lugonia side and sports games at the field on the south side. - Lots of parking, most of which is under carports - A pool, exercise room, and multiple laundry rooms - Landscaping is done well. Cons: - Rent payments can be a hassle to set up online. - Packages go missing. I've stopped ordering anything online or ship it to friends since few packages actually make it to our door. I've lost several hundred dollars of parcels over the past few months whether it's through the Mail or parcel service. If a package drop were set up it would make things easier, but the new management that took over in 2019 put and end to drops at the office. So, if you order stuff online, do so at your own risk. - My neighbors smoke....a lot. Made a complaint but no real resolution took place. I ended up purchasing two air purifiers that we run all day and night in our bedroom and office (both at the same time in the bedroom at night). I also closed all our HVAC registers to minimize air flow through the building into our apartment. You may want to get to know your neighbors before agreeing to a lease if you have children or are sensitive to smoke yourself.
